things that have happened....
*olympics. i'm such a dork when it comes to not sleeping early. it's 11:18 as i start to type this and i should be in bed (especially since i woke up early today!). i was addicted to the olympics...michael phelps winning 8 golds...mens and womens beach volleyball winning gold...and so on and so forth...
*hanna turned 40. she didn't seem sad about it at all. :)
*school began on the 11th. i have 28 students this year. a lot of them are chatty. there's no room to move. lots of needs...where to begin? God, help!
*i was on day 42. then i tested...and there's a new baby sommers! probably will be in the hospital around kaylee's birthday. :)
*kaylee began to go to mrs. renner's. she almost drowned (okay, well not really) but it scared her half to death (her floatie tipped over and she was backwards for a little while). anyhow, she's enjoying it, and i found out today that mrs. renner has some news of her own!
things to come...
*mom told me that she's heading to korea for a reunion. dad's staying behind...
*coffee break starts next week. kaylee's class begins sometime in the next few weeks.
*chad's final race of the year...blueberry festival next monday...
*closer walk with God.
*missions nights at church and sharing stories with the kids...argh!
God, be glorified. Help my hands be open and my heart be listening to your voice. Help me not to just listen but to obey. Thanks for your love and for your grace...I don't know where I'd be without you!
