i love my girls.

i cannot believe that kindergarten and daycare are looming over the sommers' household. time is definitely flying by, but God's hand has been so evident in our lives. kaylee's arm is currently in a cast--she broke it about 2 weeks ago riding her bike. 2 little fractures in her ulna. it's not slowing her down, though! :) allie is still taking antibiotics for a double ear infection. she was sick last week...gave the cough to k and me, and i came down with laryngitis over the weekend. finally getting my voice back.

sunday was interesting during worship. i couldn't sing. i was really frustrated! however, my thoughts shifted to people who don't know that there is a song to be sung for our Lord Jesus Christ, and that made me really sad. i can't even imagine life without Christ. how can a person truly function and find happiness? i was also thinking about how God calls us to be still and know. i think this was His way of forcing me to be still! though frustration could have gotten the best of me, it was another learning point for me. yes, God is faithful.

gonna go and bake some cookies...need to finish for tonight and go to bed!
